Great build i would like to do something similar but a bit smaller so it could sit on a table and be taken to places like mates so we can drink and play frogger. what software did u use on xubuntu ?
I started off with the same idea - pop it in the boot of the car and drive round mates' houses. If I get to buildign another one, definitely tabletop for me.
I have to admit, I went with Windows XP in the end. I'm not proud of it, but I had performance issues under Linux that I couldn't resolve. I think they were graphics related, so moving to Windows XP and have manufacturer drivers solved the problem.
I'm now using mGalaxy which is running perfectly well http://www.mgalaxy.com/
